In honor of 100 years of Rafael Tufiño, 39 of the Puerto Rican artist’s pieces are on their way to Chicago to be exhibited at the National Museum of Puerto Rican Arts and Culture (NMPRAC), as part of a loan agreement between the entity and the Institute of Puerto Rican Culture (ICP, by its Spanish acronym).
The exhibition, “Celebrating 100 years of Rafael Tufiño” will open its doors on Sept. 19 and will be present at the NMPRAC for a year.
